Parklands’ new online home, selling new homes
A website is a business’s shop window. But for New City Vision’s Parklands development in Liverpool, NEST created one that’s become a call centre, lead generator and even a Sales Office…
Parklands is an attractive development of new homes created by New City Vision next to one of Liverpool’s main parks. But it’s also part of a bigger scheme for the area, and sits alongside other rival developments – so to stand out and attract buyers, Parklands needed a distinctive look and proposition.
With an overall concept that plays on the proximity of the development to green spaces, we gave Parklands a warm, friendly image while highlighting the homes’ space and specification – and we also suggested a range of ‘upgrade packs’, including audio, safety and style additions to help new owners make it truly theirs.
All of which has made Parklands one of the most successful developments in the area…and a big reason for that has been the dedicated website created by NEST.
As Louise from New City Vision explains, it’s proved to be an invaluable tool in meeting – and exceeding – sales targets.
“We’re really impressed with how the website has contributed to sales. NEST took a totally different approach, looking at how people buy our homes and engage with our brand, rather than just designing a website”, she says.
The finished website features not only the background to the development and details of what makes Parklands unique, but also an interactive map showing the homes still available – plus a booking engine to make instant viewing appointments.
In fact, the Parklands site has been so successful, the same approach is about to be applied for the website for New City Vision’s next development at Woore in Shropshire.
